Infinite (Spain, 2010) – Tempranillo, Cab Sauv
Sweet and rich. Lots of fruit, almost cedar-y. A really friendly pre-dinner wine, not sure how it pairs with bacon wrapped chicken because I finished it before I could get to dinner. Another win from Spain – 6/10.

Gran Feudo (Spain, 2007) – Tempranillo, Cab Sauv, Merlot
Extremely full bodied, the blackberry and oak really pop, with bittersweet chocolate at the end. Really lingers on the tongue and upper palate. Warm and almost thick. I wonder though if ANY wine pairs well with eggs over easy on spinach with rye toast… 6/10

Red Guitar (Spain, 2010) – Old Vine Tempranillo Garnacha
Found this one quite unexciting, but still sweet-ish. No lingering after taste, and definitely not astringent but the flavour was simple cherry and perhaps a bit of pepper. The pairing with taco salad muted it further. Still, for drinkability I give it a 6.5/10.
